Regeneration becomes a degrowth practice when it moves beyond restoring ecosystems for continued growth, and instead reorients relationships to land, labour, and community toward care, sufficiency, and collective access - made tangible through spaces like community gardens. I believe that arts play an important role in the process of regeneration.
